Our tips for optimal hydration
- Before the run: Make sure you drink at least 1.5 liters of water every day. Proper hydration is essential for successful performance.
- During the run: Remember to drink 2-3 sips every 15 minutes, even if you're not thirsty. Use a soft flask, which is easy to fill and store in your Artemis bag.
- After the run: Hydrate yourself abundantly and choose drinks rich in minerals and carbohydrates to aid recovery.
