Returns and exchanges

If an item isn't right for you, here's how to easily return it.

The exchange (subject to availability) or refund (in the form of a purchase voucher) will be made within 14 days of receipt by the Seller of the Products returned by the Customer under the conditions set out in this article. Return costs remain the responsibility of the Customer.

1️⃣ Make a return request

  1. Log in to your TwoSixOne account.
  2. Go to “My Orders” and select the relevant order.
  3. Click on “Request a return” .
  4. Select the reason for the return (size too small, color, defect, etc.).
  5. Add an optional note if needed (e.g. desired size).
  6. Confirm the request by clicking on “Request a return” .

You will receive a confirmation email once the request is submitted.

2️⃣ Validation of your request

  • When the return is accepted , you will receive a new email telling you the next steps.
  • If you exchange for another size or another item , the exchange is free.
  • Return costs are your responsibility (TwoSixOne does not cover the return label).

3️⃣ Send your return

  1. Prepare your item in its original packaging, clean and in perfect condition.
  2. Ship it to the address provided in the return confirmation email.
  3. Keep the tracking number to ensure the correct receipt of your package.


4️⃣ Receiving and processing the return

  • Once the item is received and checked, we proceed with the exchange.
  • You will receive the tracking number by email.

According to the terms of article L221-18 of the Consumer Code “For contracts providing for the regular delivery of goods over a defined period, the period runs from receipt of the first good.”

The right of withdrawal may be exercised online, using the attached withdrawal form and also available on the site or any other unambiguous declaration expressing the desire to withdraw and in particular by post addressed to the Seller at the postal or email address indicated in ARTICLE 1 of the T&Cs.

Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) allowing them to be resold as new, accompanied by the purchase invoice.

Damaged, soiled or incomplete products will not be accepted.
