I did not receive a confirmation email
Once payment for your order is validated, a confirmation email is sent.
If you don't see it, remember to check your spam folder. If you still don't have anything, send us a message via our contact form so we can check that the email address you provided isn't incorrect. 😊
How do I track my delivery?
Once your order has been processed by the team, you'll receive an email with your Mondial Relay tracking number. You'll also receive a text message from Mondial Relay when your package arrives at your collection point.
I have a problem with delivery
Wrong address, order tracking bug... if you have a delivery problem, contact us via the form below or by email at hello@twosixone.fr. Give us as many details as possible, starting with your name, order number, and the email address associated with your order.
What are the delivery times?
Upon receipt of your order, we undertake to ship your order within 24 to 48 working hours (except for pre-orders).
Once shipped, Mondial Relay handles your package. Delivery time for France averages 72 hours and for international shipments 7 days.
Please let us know if your order is urgent and must be delivered before a specific date so that we can do everything we can to deliver it on time!
